Ingredients Required for  Preparation:

It is a quick and simple preparation. You need 400g of cucumber, 2dl or 200grams of fat-free yogurt, Some garlic (Optional).

  • Cucumber Salad: Peel and cut up the cucumber into small slices and mix them with fat-free yogurt, add salt to taste. You can add some garlic as you wish and it's ready.

  • Cucumber Shake: In a  blender put one washed cucumber (do not peel it), put a handful of fresh spinach and one green apple. You can add some fresh ginger if you want. Add some walnuts or almonds over the top. Make a smoothie and drink it while it’s fresh because it loses beneficial nutrients the longer it sits. This shake will supply your body with vitamins and minerals especially vitamins A and K. This shake is rich in fiber, magnesium, iron, vitamins C, E, and B as well as calcium and potassium.
